Le'Anne McEachern

Le'Anne McEachern was born and raised in Canby, Oregon. After graduating from Canby High School, Le'Anne went on to earn her Bachelor's degree at Lewis and Clark University in Portland, Oregon. Her next stop was the University of Washington in Seattle. Le'Anne graduated in 1975 with a Master's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology (M.S.P.A.) and academic honors.

From 1975 to 1982, Le'Anne worked in Clinical Medical Audiology with various doctors. She started out working with Dr. John Lynch in Everett, WA in 1975 and then moved on to work with Dr. Richard Vorhees in Seattle, WA. Finally, Le'Anne worked with Dr. John Epley in Portland, OR until 1982. In 1982, Le'Anne moved to Newport and purchased the audiology practice that was to become Coast Hearing Services. After being located in two different office buildings, Coast Hearing settled into its current location at 1217 N. Coast Hwy. Suite D in Newport.

Le'Anne continues to further her education at every opportunity and is fully versed in the latest treatment methods. In March, 2007, Le'Anne received an advanced degree in the field of Audiology and is now a fully licensed Au.D., Lincoln County's only Doctor of Audiology.

Jeffery Gardner

Jeffery has over 23 years helping the hard of hearing in Oregon. He started working as a repair technician for Miracle Ear in 1985 in Portland, Oregon. He moved to Eugene and started working for a major hearing aid provider where he obtained his hearing aid dealer license. He eventually moved to Newport, Oregon in 1994 and began working at Coast Hearing Services under Le'Anne as a manufacturer of most of the hearing aids that were fit over the next 10 years. Now Jeff is the owner of Coast Hearing Services retaining Le'Anne as the Doctor of Audiology.

Holly Gardner

Holly  graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences. She had been working at Coast Hearing Services during school breaks for years and is excited about getting involved in the clinical and technical aspects of her family's business. As soon as she had finished school she started to work at Coast Hearing Services once again and she has obtained her Hearing Aid Specialist license.  Holly also holds a license as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist and has been enjoying testing hearing and teaching workers about hearing protection in noisy enviornments. 

C. Darrin Loescher

Darrin has recently moved from Eugene, OR to Newport to become a part of the already amazing team at Coast Hearing. He graduated from the University of Oregon in 2008 where he studied History and Business and was also a part of the University of Oregon Men's Lacrosse Team. Since his graduation he has been searching for the perfect career where people and their needs come first. Having an incredible passion for helping others he has decided to put his drive and ambition towards the Hearing Industry. The ability to have such an intimate relationship with clients and the chance to change their lives by giving them the opportunity to hear again were his motivating forces driving him to join Coast Hearing. He has been very excited to get to know members of the community and help them with their hearing needs.

Kerri Gardner

Kerri began working at Coast Hearing Services shortly before she and Jeff purchased the company from Le'Anne. She enjoys the privilege of working with clients and being a part of a team that has a passion for helping families communicate. 

Jill Phillips

Jill recently moved to the Oregon coast from Cordova, Alaska. She has been a part of the Coast Hearing Services team for about six months, working closely with our clients to schedule appointments and their other needs. We are happy to have her help in our Newport office Monday through Friday. 

Bobbie Brooksby

Bobbie has been working for Coast Hearing Services in the Lincoln City office as our receptionist. She enjoys working with our clients to help get their needs met and can help get you scheduled for the services you need.
